the breakfast had a huge variety of great food and drinks. location: the hotel was short walk to the main sites, and the historical center of florence. have stayed here many times and would definitely book again.

The staff is really kindhearted,he told us so many sightseeing tips which were really useful.the location was good,only 10min walkway to the smn station.

Be careful there are two kinds of door numbers in florence, so there are actually two 43 in the same street,and no lift thing could be a real big problem for you after a long walk,especially with the luggues.

The room was airy and impressive, with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. the hotel had a quiet atmosphere. - Convenient location, close to major tourist attractions, the railway and train station, as well as historic buildings.

Location - within a walkable distance from Firenze's main railway station. Staff (Lorenzo) was very friendly and helpful.

Bed could be better and lot of street noise on Saturday night, had some problems getting sleep.

It was clean and comfortable. Good location.

We never saw the manager. There was a note on door that told us to go to a bar around the corner, which we had trouble finding. Once we found it though it was not bad because someone gave us the key and the room was nice. For checkout we just went back to the same bar, and the guy was still not there so we just left it with one of his co-workers.

The room is very good audibility. I heard every sounds. If you have a light sleep, then this option is not for you. Also, if you have a lot of luggage or a child, then you will be hard, since there is no elevator and rooms are located under the roof. No reception, it is necessary to call an administrator. But I really liked the hotel.

Didn't like much.

The following: 1. Noone was available when we arrived at 10 pm to checkin. Instead there was a post-it note on the door telling us to pick up our keys from a nearby bar. 2. Asked for a double bed, we got two twin beds attached side-by-side that kept moving apart. 3. Paper thin walls, on the last day we actually heard a man beating up his wife. 4. Noone came in to clean the room during the stay. 5. Website said lcd tv, the tiny tv had only 2 channels. 6. Wifi was disconnected the second day, had to find the router and restart it myself.

No improvement needed, everything was great!

There was a problem with the water in the hotel so the owner arranged a stay in the hotel next to it, which is more expensive, and he payed the difference. Very nice gesture.

It was november and the radiator didn't work, but the next day it was solved. Enough extra blankets though.

Helpful staff and clear room.

No air condition and it was hot. Powerful Mosquitos which made me sleepless.
